About Duane

Duane V. Belton (aka: Duane Vincent) was born in Louisiana. He relocated to Houston Texas after completing his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering. Duane has worked in the corporate industry for several fortune 500 Companies(Compaq, IBM, Ernst & Young) as a Project Manager and consultant in various states and countries. While doing this he continued to write/compose, perform in countless private and public venues showcasing his original smooth and jazzy style of vocals and songwriting.

He has provided the entertainment for countless commercial projects, corporate/private parties, a number opening acts for concerts, weddings and receptions. His offerings include his one-man-band show or his entire band named "Special Attraction".

Duane's unique blend of contemporary jazz, easy listening with a touch of old-school makes him a force to be acknowledge in the music industry.

His style of writing and performance takes you back to the days when lyrics told a story similar to that of a poet's thesaurus creations and performers provided a smooth sultry vocal melody for a romantic evening out.

He writes from the heart; what he sees and/or what he experiences in life can be heard through in his style of music.
